I've been making cookies for a long time.
Cookies were the first thing I really learned to bake.
I've been baking them for my family, for friends for more than 35 years
and professionally for more than 15 years.
I've made thousands and thousands of cookies in that time.
I've tested recipes, changed recipes, thrown out recipes, made some over and over again, and learned which ones people come back for.
